Entrinsic Connect Kiosk is a supplementary app to be used in conjunction with the Entrinsic Connect platform which you can register with on our website at www.entrinsic.io.

Highly customisable software-based visitor access control, intercom, communication, surveillance, movement detection, gate, barrier and door opening software platform, comprising this Kiosk App, a separate Responder App (Entrinsic Connect) and an online administration Web App.

Features include:-
* Kiosk panel with visitor & delivery features
* Automated door, barrier and gate opening
* 2-way video and/or audio intercom
* CCTV
* ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
* QR code key entry
* Movement detection and snapshot storage
* Configurable to work as general two-way comm/support device
* Supports multi-tenant property (e.g. apartments/gated communities/office buildings/golf clubs)

This app acts as an interactive or non-interactive terminal hosted on your device (iPad or iPhone). An interactive terminal is commonly a visitor access system, whereby users can press a Visitor button, a Delivery button or enter a PIN. For Visitors or Deliveries, it will notify the relevant users associated with that Kiosk that someone is waiting (via the separate Entrinsic Connect app). From there, a two-way video or audio call can take place, and the kiosk can then - optionally - using bluetooth relay or a GSM call/text - open an electric gate, barrier or door (or trigger any electrical device using a connected relay). Should a user enter a valid pin or present a valid QR code key, in the same way, automated entry can occur and relevant users are notified.

Kiosks can be non-interactive, or simultaneously interactive and non-interactive. For example, an interactive visitor kiosk can also be monitoring for movement and recording snapshots, as well as looking for vehicle registration plates (ANPR) to allow them to gain access to your property/land. You can set up as many devices as you wish, and they can work together. For example, a ‘dedicated’ device can act as an ANPR camera. As well as ANPR, it can be detecting movement and sending snapshot notifications, and also can act as a CCTV camera which you can connect to on-demand. The detection of a number plate using a low-mounted, rear-facing device can trigger a ‘Welcome’ message on an alternative kiosk positioned, for example, on an entry post or wall at your property entrance; it could even trigger another kiosk, located elsewhere, to activate a relay over bluetooth. This could be particularly useful if you wanted to activate a garage door where the electrics for it (and therefore the relay) are not positioned near the kiosk itself. Finally, a chain could take place where the triggering of one relay can trigger another device to trigger its own relay - the scenario perhaps being opening a gate, and then a garage or bay door in turn.

Kiosks can be configured in a number of ways. Typical usage includes:-
* Single property access control - allowing a visitor or delivery to a single property / parking
* Multi property access control - one or more kiosk devices allowing access to different properties / parking
* Multi-tenant access control - a single kiosk that allows you to select a particular person or property. e.g. apartment blocks, gated communities and multi-tenant business premises.
* Communication or support kiosks - for example in a public area, a device could show a ‘Help’ button which, when pressed, notifies one or more people who can then immediately respond.
* ANPR - automatically allowing authorised vehicles access to property or private car parking
* Movement detection and snapshot storage
* CCTV
* IoT activation - with a number of off-the-shelf secure Bluetooth relays integrated with Entrinsic Connect, gate/barrier/door open actions can activate any type of electrical system.
* Pet monitoring
* Elderly communication
